Malware Recovery Case Study
Overview – Issue
A business approached us due to a decrease in rankings. When we ran an audit on the website, we found that the companies website had been infected with malware. Our team helped the company clean the malware and set up a new security services to help prevent these types of attacks in the future. After we cleaned up the website, we started to reoptimize the pages, resubmit the website URLs to Google search console and redirect any old broken pages on the website.

We expected the recovery to take some time. So we had told the client it can take up to 2-3 months to recover a websites rankings once it’s been cleaned and reoptimized. to our surprise, our SEO and development team is so good at what they do that we were able to recover their rankings in less than 45 days!
